Seedy Flapjack

Cassie’s Flapjack Cookie Recipe

Makes about 24 flapjack cookies.


500g porridge oats

250g chopped dates

100g ground almonds

150g sesame seeds

250g soft brown sugar

4 eggs

250g softened butter


  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Beat egg and add, followed by butter; stir to form a chunky dough.
  3. Use hands to flatten into small circles and place on a non-stick baking sheet/ baking parchment on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 200 oC for 12-15mins.
